By requesting a quote, scheduling service, or using https://xterialsolutions.com, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use our services or website.

Xterial Solutions provides window cleaning, house washing, power washing, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and related home improvement and maintenance services, along with seasonal holiday light installation, to residential and commercial properties in Metro Atlanta, Georgia and Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.

• Quotes given by phone, text, or online are estimates based on the information you provide. The final price may change if the property's actual condition or size differs from what was described.
• We aim to give every quote within one business day of your request.
• Any price changes are discussed with you before we start work — we don't surprise you at the door.

• We give you a specific arrival window, not a vague half-day estimate.
• You're responsible for making sure we can access the areas being serviced — gates unlocked, pets secured, and exterior water/power available where the job requires it.
• If we can't access the property or complete the job as scheduled through no fault of ours, we'll work with you to reschedule; a trip fee may apply.

Some services (soft washing, roof washing, holiday light installation) can't safely or effectively be done in certain weather. If we need to reschedule for weather, we’ll contact you as early as possible and get you back on the calendar promptly — no penalty to you.

We ask for as much notice as you can give if you need to cancel or reschedule. Repeated last-minute cancellations may be subject to a trip fee, which we’ll always disclose in advance.

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing. Accepted payment methods are provided at the time of quoting.

If you’re not satisfied with something before we leave, tell us and we’ll fix it on the spot. If you notice something after we’ve gone, contact us within a reasonable time and we’ll return to make it right at no additional charge. This guarantee covers the quality of our work — it doesn’t cover pre-existing conditions we couldn’t have caused (e.g., worn caulking, existing scratches, or failing seals on old windows).

• Xterial Solutions LLC carries commercial general liability insurance through Hadron Specialty Insurance Company (policy no. HSIC-ISC01CM-0003571). A certificate of insurance is available on request.
• We take reasonable care to protect your property, plants, and belongings while working.
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects (e.g., already-failing window seals, loose gutters, or deteriorated siding) that our services did not create.
• Our liability for any claim is limited to the cost of the service performed, except where a limitation of that kind isn't permitted by law.

Because we operate in two states, these terms are governed by the law of the state in which the service was performed (Georgia for Metro Atlanta service, Texas for DFW Metroplex service), without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here at the time you request service is the one that applies.
